I know I probably shouldn't say this out loud, but I'm glad the Olympics are over.   Don't get me wrong, they were great to watch with multiple exciting finishes (Think Phelps, Shawn Johnson, etc.) but they're also like having friends and family stay in your home.  Wonderful for a while then you just want things to get back to normal.  So, I'm

So true! And one more thing about being 5, you don't edit your comments much. Thus, you get away with saying what everyone around you is thinking.

So many cool things in this post! Happy birthday to the big five year olds. We love princess birthdays around here. (Hey, did you know there's a "Happy Birthday Princess" Disney song you can download on iTunes? We wake the girls up to that on their b-days.) Africa? Wow. Oh, and you're welcome. oh I totally agree. I loved the Olympics when they first came by to visit. With all the excitment and bling, but after a week, their gym socks started to smell and they left their wet bathing suits on the wood table, and I got tired from staying up too late and i was hoping they would get the hint when I stopped watching, but then I turned the tv on and they were still here with their stinky socks.
I am sure I will miss them, after awhile.
