Esperanto Lesson #1: Alphabet and pronunciation

May 04, 2014 20:16

I think I'll start posting brief Esperanto lessons here, similar to my Japanese lessons. I won't really go into detail, though, because there are many sources out there, much better than anything I could do here, and free of charge. I just want to give you an idea what it's like, so maybe it'll make you interested and encourage you to learn it.

Haha I remember/had missed your language lessons! :D These are great ^^ I feel like Esperanto is particularly suited to chapter-like lesson posts, too.

It just occurred to me that I never really told you my reaction to the stuff you sent! It arrived in the middle of a difficult time for me and then I completely forgot, so I'm sorry >_< I just wanted to say that it was all lovely~ :) I especially love O Homem do Futuro, I have talked almost all of my local friends into watching it with me and they all think it's hilarious also. xD The plot is different/more complicated than I'd expected, and I love the dystopia where he's rich, lol. So thanks again! :D

Thanks! I miss writing the lessons, too. XD

Oh, I'm so glad you and your friends like it! *_* O Homem do Futuro is completely different from any other Brazilian movie I've seen. Usually, we only get slice-of-life drama, violence, sex and/or historical stuff. I'd never seen anything so... sci-fi! XDD Also, I'm a sucker for time travel stories...

Hahaha yes, when asked what it's about I'm basically like "It's like a Brazilian version of Back to the Future 'nuff said COME WATCH IT WITH ME NAO >DDDD" It really is, lol. <3
