I did alright today. Not too many calories, but I still feel fat. I really want to do the 2468 thing. Sounds like a lot of people have had success with it. If anyone else has any opinion on 2468 let me know what you think of it. I used to stay at 300 calories a day... but I guess going up and down helps your metabolism, right?
I am currently reading the book "Wasted:a memoir of anorexia and bulimia". It is really really good. I highly recommend it. I really want potato skins right now... suppose I need comfort. And that is exactly why I shouldn't do it. It's stupid to eat for comfort... especially something as bad for you as that.
