I'm disgusting...

And I need help. I admit it, I REALLY need help. I'm kind of surprised no one has noticed, especially my parents and people at work. I mean, I know my appearance hasn't really changed (except for the additional couple pounds put on), but my habits sure have. I just don't know where to go

If you know that you need help, and do want it, you have to tell your parents Kristin. They are the best ones to help you. As much as your friends would love to do everything we can, there is only so much that we can do. If you do feel you need help, tell your parents, I think you should. They won't hate you for it, they won't think less of you, or love you less. And they will do everything they can to try to help. Even if it is just seeing a psychiatrist.

i love you so much kristin, you really have been a great friend to me through and through. i would do anything for you regardless how it might affect me. whether it be finantially or physically or in any other way you can think of. i hope you feel better soon. i love you sosososososososososo much. im always here to listen, im always here to help.
