Okay.
Someone explain to me, as you would a child, how to make a nicer livejournal background other than the bloody one they give you.

I want to a nice one for mustbethursday but dunno howwwww.

Now.. at the top of your livejournal page.. there should be a big blue bar with big words that read LiVEJOURNAL below that there should be darker blue bar with the words "Journal, Manage, Search, Help, About" put your mouse over the Manage button and a new menue should appear below that.. click Customize on that menu. Now from here I would suggest switching to the new system if you haven't... then change your layout.. etc.. I think for you I would reccomend to not try and edit the individual settings.

now is "luv me" supposed to be a command or do you mean to end this post as a sort of letter.. that's got me confused.

if you want a picture background or something you design in there, then switch to the old system and find someone who knows how to html to help you out. it's not that hard. i can walk you through it if you want. :)

you can put a picture in the background in the new system. you just go to edit individual settings and hit background.. then you just input the URL.. www.imgspot.com is a good place to host pics.

If you want, I can make you a background in Adobe or alter a picture or something that you like and possibly -- time/energy permitting -- make a layout for you.
