I think the most frustrating thing about pre-ordering something is that the product can be subject to delays.  It's great that I get a better price, but frustrating when the item doesn't arrive when expected

Ugh. I hate when things aren't delivered on time. I've been waiting a week for my new RAM and it was supposed to arrive today. Maybe it was delayed because of the crazy storm this afternoon. In any case I hope it gets here tomorrow, I want to get back to playing L4D with you.
