Pairing: Toph/Aang Rating: Doesn't matter (Something close to R would make me extremelly happy but you don't have to), but I would like something which involves an older Aang and Toph. Prompt: I Dare You
[The Sum of Us] (Suki/Toph/Sokka, G)icybrightJuly 16 2008, 05:06:54 UTC
Spoilers for TBR, I guess?
---
After a few days, Suki has figured out the way they work.
Toph and Sokka are glued to each other. They laugh at jokes nobody else finds funny. They plot and create adventure of the most ordinary things. Toph blushes when she ribs Sokka or punches him in the arm. Sokka laughs and looks at Suki with a shrug.
“He’s totally oblivious,” Suki says to herself, and groans.
After a few more days, Toph sits her down.
“Don’t tell him,” she says. “I know you know. But, please, not yet

I like it. It's sweet, and perfect for them.
I picked this theme after watching TBR, because I was curious about how Toph would feel about Suki's return to the group, and if Sokka would realize he had two girls crushing on him.
That, and I love all of those three to bits and feel that Suki gets practically no love in the fanfic world.
It's a wonderful drabble, and thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my silly little prompt.

No problem! It was fun. I'm a pretty huge Suki fan myself (I'll be posting a longer Suki-centric fic in a few days), and I'd actually been meaning to write about the three of them. :)
[Miscalculation] [Long Feng; G]kaibasgirlJuly 14 2008, 03:24:19 UTC
Long Feng was never one to take defeat lightly. Having his plans foiled by a group of children, and being thrown into a prison cell was one thing, but it was only temporary, he knew, as the Dai Li were on his side.
But then, after allying himself with the Princess Azula, expecting to be the one doing the betraying, only to have her betray him first...that was something completely different.
On that day, she stole everything from him. His power, his moral, everything he'd worked his entire life for, building himself up higher and higher until he was second only to the king...all of that was stolen in one fell sweep, and he was left with nothing, not even the meanest pauper could compare to his sorry state.
Sitting in a dank prison cell, betrayed by his very own Dai Li agents whom he had once controlled, Long Feng knew that he had never sunken so low as he did now. He kept asking himself, how? How had this happened? How did he allow himself to become so shortsighted when it came to the Princess Azula

“Done deal. Now strip.”
“Toph! At least turn around.”
“It´s not like I´ll be able to see anything, genius.” But she obliged anyway.
Loved this scene xD!
I think I'm going to let free some tears of happiness for this.
