I think that's the test, if you turn up to confidence lessons then clearly you are confident already and they will tell you to go away and stop wasting everybody's time, but if you can't go then you really are not confident.

A bit like testing for witches, only with less reciting the Lords prayer backwards and throwing people into lakes.
