Thank goodness FIFA had the good sense to insert some dead days between matches in the latter stages of the World Cup. We all need the rest. Not from the football (I for one could watch it every day) but from those damn adverts. Oh you spoilt it...lol. I was hoping for a more "but I'm sure you are a good driver". I've never owned an Audi. Audi drivers do have a habit of overtaking on blind bends, when there are other cars coming, etc. Though I had some absolute imbecile tailgate Me yesterday in a ford escort. He had come out of the junction behind me so fast he span his wheels out (on an old escort, lol) so I just slowed the hell down and let him endure it down a sliproad to an a road whilst he mouthed profanity at me, at which point I slowed further (I'd rather him plough into the back of me at 20 than 50). Traffic later on saw him gain and entire two car lengths on me, I love that.

Shame he didn't have the guts to say something to my face so I could have told him what I thought of somebody not being in control of their vehicle to the degree that they could ensure there was sufficient space in front before pulling out like an idiot.

I just console myself by thinking that people who behave and drive like that must spent all the time feeling frustrated and angry, and will almost certainly die young as a result!

I had a slanging match the other day with a driver when I was on my bike. We had a difference of opinion as to who had the right of way, which resulted in a colourful exchange of views. If I hadn't been wearing sandals, I'd have given his door a good kick!
