Good luck in your Ethics class. It sounds like it might be a little like my Philosophy class, the one where the professor laughed at us because 75% of the class said they believed in God. Isn't it ironic that the professors who are in classes that should be encouraging open-ended thinking seem to be the worst about letting you believe your own beliefs? The good part is that you may learn a LOT about ethics simply by learning to argue with this man (most of ethics and philosophy is, honestly, knowing how to argue). You will grow stronger in your own beliefs, and know how to respond to those who disagree. I have faith that you'll find a way to do well in the class without sacrificing your integrity
