Actually, doctors do recommend you avoid computer/television use 1-2 hours before you go to bed. Hell if I actually do that, but it's supposed to get you into sleep mode. The bright screen does affect your sleep schedule. So maybe think about reading (even if it's homework reading) actual books before bed rather than using the computer?

I have heard that. I wish I could do regular reading without the computer--but most of the professors seem to post readings they want done online as scanned-in PDF's. And I don't want to print out all of that because it would totally be a waste of paper :(
I guess if it gets to be a real problem I always have a benedryl to get me back on track again (shh don't tell Mikel. *eyeroll*)

Maybe what I'll do is set my alarm for earlier so I'm more tired in the evening. I dunno.
