The world needs nice guys to get stepped on. Without them, we'd only have the "cold and ruthless assholes," and life would be unbearable for everyone. You're a good guy, and people are more greatful than you most likely realize.

You're not alone with that Hamlet thing. I have a Hamlet-complex, too. But you are alone on the Pandora thing. I wouldn't say that your gender is any less to blame for global chaos and misery than mine.
