Dies of Shock... an update
First update in ohh... far too long. Unfortunately this annoying thing called a PhD is taking up all my time (well that and City of Heroes, ok mostly it's City of Heroes). Does happy dance - again!
They published the degree classifications for my Masters today, and I got a distinction, the only one this year and the first from a full time student (though this is only the 4th year the course has been running, so not that big a deal).
I'm happy. And then next week the PhD starts, things are going well for once... something's going to give. -

I'm ashamed
Was watching Dodgeball tonight round a friends (ok, that's not what I'm ashamed about, even if it is a highly predictable and sometimes painfull comedy). Pirates of the Caribbean - Dead Man's Chest
Ah the joys of procastrination, somehow I always seem to post more in LJ when I have work to do. Went to see PoTC2 yesterday. It was very good, and a more comprehensive review/rant will be posted later on but now I merely have some comments about the beginning, specifically Will and Elizabeth.
