Hi babe..here are the measurements (:

#1: Candy; measurements below:
length down:25.5"
across elastic band area at top part;pit to pit:11"-11.5" unstretched(when stretched can fit all sizes)

Candy dress is not sheer as theres an inner white lining inside; but i think its best to wear a nude bra(:

as for the belt; ive made a mistake!it can be used as a waist belt or normal belt too!;
measurements below are taken unstretched(when stretched it can fits all sizes):
length of the elastic band:24.2"
length with the clasp attached:26"
