I hope packing's going amazingly quickly, the others were wanting, like, midnite tonite but I think I got you until midnite tomorrow at latest. You're going to have to handle anything you're not bringing with you, ie. you can't just leave furniture you dont want here and expect us to take care of it. If you don't want it, get rid of it, etc.

I don't know what happened, but it seems like he is doing his best to get out. If you had to go through the court to get him out it could take months and a few bucks. Give the guy a break he gave you one.

a) He doesn't have a firm lease agreement, just verbal sub-leasing agreements with us so we would't have to go through court-issued eviction purposes, and we weren't required to give him any notice at all if we didn't deem it necissary. b) He was given over 30 days notice in writing, and the date on that was firm c) I am the elected speaker for all the other roommates on this behalf, so I'm not just speaking for me. d) Evidently you're too much of a child to voice your opinion with a name on it, hense your opinion can't really count. Sorry kiddo.
