I have officially completed all 360 hours of my externship ( yes the same as internship, don't know why the school calls it that), submitted my letter of resignation today at the restaurant. That's a really good question. I thinking about looking into catering companies. Specifically ones were I can pick what jobs I want to work at. I need sometime to reconnect to food in a way I find enjoyable.
