I got an email today from an apartment manager in Memphis informing me I was past due on my rent.  I have never been to Memphis and do not own an apartment there so I called the woman to inform her of her error

She told me she was considering quitting that line of work (I could hear the exhaustion and frustration in her voice) and I told her that the reason why I never went into it fully myself was because we had a tenant suicide. We also had one abandon a feral cat in their apartment. And another one slash my mom's tire. Yet another dumped her baby off on us as a babysitting service. Another used us for dogsitting.

Ah, the joys of being a landlord. Yikes. Sorry to hear that all this nonsense hit you.

Bedbugs are a big dread these days... My boss even encountered them in Hawaii of all places... ;P ... These things have to be stopped before they proliferate unchecked like killer bees...

There's probably a very good case for that... Isn't it amazing against ticks, fleas and mosquitoes too?
