I am learning SO FRIGGIN MUCH about the real estate market through her. Thankfully I have a wonderful realtor friend from church, and a very comfortable futon.
Wishing the best of luck to Fox to find a place. Glad to know that she has such a good friend to help her out and keep her sane through the whole process. I do hope she finds a place soon. I like Fox's streams but I do miss your regular streams especially after the winter we've had up here. (Seriously considering moving to Florida or another place with a much warmer climate)
In terms of computer stuff, I'm more likely to ask you for advice on those issues :)
I know the feeling about vehicle issues. Gone through more vehicles than I can count and each one has required some kind of expensive repair.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't getting anxious and frustrated on my end as well. But I've had some health problems over the past few months that would have made it difficult to stream anyway. Still, I'm hoping we're in the home stretch!
