My last update from two months ago indicated that I updated my gaming machine. It makes it sound like I've spent most of that time playing games. Ha ha ha

Hey man, I thought I'd share a couple of things I learned from a trainer that helped me. First, he told me exercise in the morning before you do anything. (especially before you eat) He says this forces your metabolism rate to climb and the body will begin consuming fat faster. Second he told me to take my weight, and divide by two, and drink that many ounces of water each day. I was skeptical, but it actually worked. The weight came off much quicker.
