Sweltering.....

Does it really have to be 102 degrees? Really? I would think 95 would be hot enough to be called summer in Missouri. 102 is just overkill..............

WHAT????? We are melting - I mean completely melting. Oh I wish it was cold enough to turn on the heat....no, maybe not. It's so hot I haven't even been out walking for a month!!! There is no relief at night either - it was almost 90 last night at 10pm. Can I come over and live in your spare room for a while???

It's no better here in NJ. :-( I took my puggle out for a walk (she refuses to go in the shaded yard!) and we had to keep stopping in the various shady spots we found. My next dog is going to be litter trained. ROFL!! This is day 5 and we've got at least another 5 days before it lets up at all. Even then it's not much relief.

Wish I could send a little of the cold your way! Seattle area has been under seasonal norms 72% of the time this summer! We're in the 50s today.

Normally I could turn off my heat at the thermostat in mid April. I'm running it right now on 21 July. Ridiculous!

I would take it! Just let the cat out and I was sweating from just walking down the stairs to make sure she had some water! It has to still be around 90 and it's nearly 11pm!
