[She stands outside his door with this exact face, raises her hand to knock on the door... Knock knock knock. Wondering if anyone will answer, she shifts nervously on her feet. She had come by a few other times, but nobody had been home and her nerve lost its steam. The positive response from Jacob the other day encouraged her to try again, though.]

[retracting her hand now and clasping it over her chest in a somewhat self-protective gesture. she's reminded violently of Kaname's underhanded scheming, but shakes the association off. He couldn't possibly know about Amane, and he definitely isn't trying to hurt her - he's too nice.]

Oh, no, I really don't-- I couldn't!

[He feigns a severe disappoint here, hanging his head and sighing as he shakes his head. But when he gets back to normal he's just got a wry smile on]
