Firstly, my old house--my piece of shit, but I had good intentions old house--has finally achieved its potential!  That is, my sister and her husband bought me out of the house, fixed it up, and now it looks amazing.  Congratulations, Nicole!

Secondly, my sister is (and please do not kill me for doing this but I am so very happy for you!) pregnant!!
