i've been like that. and no. you're not supposed to just grin and bear it. you're supposed to somehow deal with it. but how you deal with it is up to you. only you can make the decision of what you can do to make yourself not feel like that. i'm sorry if this is confusing. im a little bit out of this world right now. but i hope it somehow gave you a "keep your head up" kinda thing, but along with some broad advice.
