Tech support hit a new low, today.

I had to have a girl call her boss over, so I could have him help me find the backslash key on her keyboard. She couldn't find it herself. It was hidden between those two uppity rogues, the Back Space, and the Enter.

Maybe next week someone will call in asking me to walk them through learning their ABCs.

I'm so with you. A few months ago, I had to run data recovery for a guy after I deleted every important piece of data he had on his pc.

How did I do this? Well, you probably would have done it, too, if you were performing routine preventive maintenance and the client didn't tell you that HE STORED ALL HIS IMPORTANT DATA IN THE RECYCLE BIN!OMGWTFBBQ!
