Here is the bathtub. It wasn't very comfortable, but I'm not much for taking a bath. It has tiny jets in the bottom. The shades on the window are pretty cool. Mine didn't work, but they are supposed to open and close according the themparture of the room.
Typical shower except really big.
Also typical WC. The public restrooms were really cool. They had the fancy toilets with the heated seats and bidet feature. I wish I had gotten a picture of those.
I loved these sinks. There were two, a his and hers. The shaving/make up mirror was really cool.
this is the really cool part of the "bathroom". Behind these locked doors is the portable massage table. Yes you can have spa treatments in your room. After a very relaxing massage you can just lay there as long as you want. I only wish I could have gotten a massage while I was there, but the Spa was not open and running just yet.
These are the Stonehendge water features of the Magnolia grove. The second picture is right in front of my room.
Most of the rooms are ground floor rooms. Due to zoning laws in the area only a small precentage of the rooms are allowed to be second floor rooms.
These are some of the over 200 solar panels that line the roofs of the Bardessono buildings.
Here is a bit of the 75 foot lap pool that is on top of the spa building. There is even a "snack shack". You can rent out the pool area for parties and functions.
This is the view of the main building from the Spa. They used to have a fire feature in the middle of the "pool". Unfortunately, it was really loud and they decided to take it out.
This is the water feature in the Birch grove.
These are olive pressess built into the water feature for the Olive grove. There are several 100 year old olive trees around the property as well.
These are totaly neat. they are "Air" plants. They don't need dirt and are misted about once a week. There are four of these panels in the "lobby" of the main building.
This is a...I guess it would be a sculpture. It is made from folded pages of a book. Some one had a really big book and a whole lot of time on their hands. I would save it is about three feet across. It looks way cooler up close. Very big conversation piece.
So those are my Bardessono picutres.
