The morning radio show I listen to (which has NOTHING on the show I listened to when I lived in LA) usually opens each show with a bit in which they pretend they are characters on a TV show. Today, they premiered a filk of the Dukes of Hazard theme song, which was pretty good: it was funny, and they hired a guy to sing it who sounded remarkably ( Read more... )

I love Firefly, but the theme song seriously makes my ears bleed. Also, I think One Tree Hill is the suckiest suck that ever sucked, but I gotta show the love to Gavin DeGraw.

Out of all of these, I think The Golden Girls is probably my favorite :-)

Lost has a theme tune? It always annoyed me that there was no recognisable theme. Maybe it's mysteriously not played on Kiwi television. Or something.

It doesn't, actually. Well, kind of, it just goes "dun!" But my family goes on a lot of road trips and my brother and sister and I like to sing loudly and off-key, and we get a big kick out of saying, "Let's sing the song from Lost!" and then singing, "Dun!"

It gets old after a couple of times...

I'm afraid I've gotta side with veryvogue on the Firefly theme song.

And...I feel so cheesy admitting I love the theme to "The Greatest American Hero," but there you have it!
