I went to a free Tai Chi class yesterday. I liked it a lot, it really was very relaxing. I had a headache coming in and my muscles were sore since I had worked out before the class and when we were done my headache was gone and my muscles were a lot better. As soon as I find out the schedule I'm going to sign up for either 1 or 2 classes a week. I
