so I tried to give blood today and they "politely" informed me that they were not taking walk in's ?!?!?!?! what ever you must not need my blood, you know my blood can go to every body... makes me mad

cant be that hard to make an appointment.. im sure there's legitimate reason(s), obvoiusly they wouldnt do it to piss people off.

well the last two times I gave blood at the high school they had no problem having me walk in. I didn't know that an apppointment was needed.

dont know the reason(s) as to why. maybe she didnt have the ability/authority to approve for walk-ins to participate. Perhaps the process has changed and they dont allow it anymore, (especially) if not a student at the hs, who knows.

well I was giving blood at the high school because i was trying to show pride in my school. the high school was on the red cross website, and they were erging people with O- blood to give. I tried. and went to another one the next day

maybe they just had too many people waiting that were already signed up, or something.

you know thats what i thought too but then mr prom looked at the sheet and he told the lady that there was only seven people for each of the next two hours (14 total in two hours) but the lady still said no. she and the high school girl at the front desk were very rude.
