Just took an insane amount of time looking up this recipe because it's delicious and you totally should make it sometime:
Raspberry Cream Cheese Dessert (my great-grandma used to make this. So good.)
Crust - 3 cups crushed graham crackers 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup melted butter. -Mix and pat into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes.
Mix - 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 (8 oz container) of Cool Whip -Mix and pour over cooled crust.
In saucepan - 1 (3 oz) *raspberry Jell-O 1/2 cup sugar - dash salt 1/2 cup water -Mix
In separate container - 1/2 cup water 4 tablespoons cornstarch -Mix and dissolve
-Add cornstarch mixture to saucepan. Cook until thick. Add 4 cups *raspberries. Pour over top of cream cheese layer (or wait until cool and mix with cream cheese mixture, then pour over crust). Refrigerate or freeze.
