we give the kids the holtz fiberglass ones, and they're actually a perfectly decent little bow. much nicer than the glasser crap i had to use when i was playing on little fiddles. :) the carbon fiber ones are a little nicer, according to the guy who orders all the bows. plus they come in festive colors!

Driving at night in the rain is FUN!

(I'd never really hydroplaned and gone sideways on the highway before last night. Weee -- wait, no, aaaaahhh!!!! I wish we'd taken my car.)
