My mom found a lil baby bird outside our house. Its brother/sister was dead beside it so I picked it up and put it in a shoebox. After that I took it to an animal hospital and they said they would put it in an incubator so it could keep warm and then they were going to call a wildlife preservation center to take it and raise it. Isn't nature

I did the same thing with a squirrel, long time ago while I was still in middle school. I almost stepped on it, like the heel of my foot was right next to it and I was about to flatfoot on it. I heard it squeaking so I picked it up and took it to my friends house; his dad's fiance` is a veterinary assitant. They raised the squirrel as a pet for a while then let it go, after it latched onto too many of his friends' heads.
