Our batch is in uproar because of the news that 9 students from Batch 2009 (this year's graduating seniors) are being allowed to graduate with a DOST-PSHS diploma despite failing 1/3 or more of their 4th year academic units, in addition to 2 of them having outstanding disciplinary cases.
