Wait, they do physicals at school? I thought you had to go to your own doctor. Or do you mean a physical for a school? I suppose it's just because there are more or more common problems that a guy could have associated with his genitalia than a girl, but other than that I couldn't explain why. And yeah the "obvious reasons of awkwardness" still apply...
