i was in the car with my parents last night, when my phone started ringing. i didn't reckognize the number, but i answered it anyway. it was lindsey, crying so hard that i couldn't understand, i tried as hard as i could to understand the words she was trying to tell me, and finally when i comprehended i learned

my friend died last week.
there's really no words that can comfort someone when this happens,
so i don't know what to say,
except that when you find yourself thinking about what happened,
think about the good times you had with him instead.
sure you'll cry but it's good that you do.
