I've been depressed and meh and bleh all day. The blame lies mostly in the fact that I am probably just not feeling well. Mom had a very infortunate mishap the other day at the hospital.

She's had surgery for her hernia and that is now healing up fine and dandy, but she was also scheduled for eye surgery because she has cataract is both eyes that can be helped by replacing her lenses. She had her one eye done and needs to come back for her other some other time.

Watching tv this afternoon, I saw the newest commercial for the Fund for Diabetics. It's time for the annual charity collectors round next week (I will be going from house to house collecting money for example) so they always launch a commercial some time beforehand.
