Sea Gods' weapons are awesome

So I always wanted them but didn't think they would be this good. And after reminding people that I have been in the linkshell for 6 months and got no items yet, I finally managed to get 10 people to go to sea and fight some sea gods / jailers. This time I knew the way to each jailer perfectly so we moved around swiftly and precisely and with minimal unwanted agro, which helped keep morale and motivation up. I didn't think we could do it with just 10 people but I thought it would be at least a good practice run, and I had been collecting 9 pop items for it anyways. Not only did we end up killing the jailer of faith without too much trouble (and I finally got these claws as my first item with LS help), but we figured heck, let's try another one, and another one. End result, still with 10 people we ended up killing Jailer of Faith, Fortitude, and Temperance.






Now, about the claws, sure they don't critical as much or hit as hard or fast as destroyers, but they have an insane double attack rate, even without warrior subjob.
Also the slightly higher delay gives me more tp per hit, and the MND+7 allows me to do pretty good chi blasts without having to switch to Kirin's Pole and losing tp.

They double attack almost every other turn, so on some turn i end up attacking 5 times with kick attacks, not counting counters. I get tp to 100 twice as fast, as fast as 4 turns which for monk go by very fast. The one drawback is that they use up those virtue stones so fast, using up to 2 per turn. I went to farm UFO Youvra organs in sea for a friend, in a PT of 4, and tried them with hundredfists, I used up 51 stones on a single mob. Luckily trading any organ or drop from sea to NPC will give you 99 more stones, but they need to let me bundle them or something because i simply don't have enough space to carry around more than 1 or 2 stacks.
