So I managed to get a reply from the IASHS today saying that their Associate in Sex Education Certificate (which can be used as credit towards their Masters in Sexology as well) can be taken as a correspondence course. Thus I can start on that while trying to save up money for the full degree. Now I just need the roughly $4K US that it'll cost me

Consider the Credit Union network. I personally use/used the NBTA CU. They tend to be very reasonable.
