Elliptical = 1 hour = 5.0 miles.
Abs.
Butterflies = 3 sets of 20 at 45#, 60#, 75#.
Shoulder Press = 3 sets of 20 at 40#, 50#, 60#.
Lat pull downs = 3 sets of 20 at 45#, 60#, 75#.
Went to the park and did a walk/jog for a mile.
I weighed myself at the gym and I have broken the 140# mark!!! WOOHOO!!! I am now at 139.2#... and lovin' it!
