Elliptical = 1 hour = 5.0 miles.
Abs.
Pullovers = 3 sets of 20 at 60#, 75#, 90#.
Shoulder shrugs = 3 sets of 20 at 30#, 35#, 40#.
A mile walk, jog at the park.
It seems like I lost about 4 pounds since the last time I weighed myself... not on purpose, mind you.
