Who would have thought you had it in you?!? (I mean, I didn't realise physics was your thing)... but there we are, once you get interested ...

In celebration of Pi Day I made a quiche Alsacienne - i.e. quiche Lorraine with onions. I made it from scratch and from memory, without using a recipe book, making my own pastry and all, and it came out really well, so perhaps I'll write-up exactly what I did (including a "fool's guide" to getting the pastry case right) when I have a little more time.
