So, Fuuka has a Persona ability that lets her basically scan everything and everyone in her very loose general vicinity (as in, if you're in the same city as her it counts). 1. He's the wielder of the Keyblade, which basically means he's got a strong and just heart, and he can unlock/lock pretty much anything ever. He uses magic. His clothes are also magic. However, he's 100% human.
2. Nope. He might, however, have resistances to elemental attacks thanks to types of accessories in-game, like the Aegis Chain or Fire Bangle or something.

1. Yeah, sort of. He's kind of got this magnetization/polarizing effect going on constantly (except around his legs, when he's got his speshul shoes on). More details over yonder. Otherwise, he's about as human as you can get.

2. He's a bit slow - a fast attacker would have an easier time with him. Also a blow to the forehead will put him down.

And I don't think Fuuka necessarily does telepathy; it may well just be a disembodied voice that is actually audible. (The game doesn't seem to be clear on this, nor do their teammates seem to be phased by such communication when introduced to it, so I'm guessing it isn't quite as esoteric as telepathy?)
