that a) the beast will throw the "napper" into the furnace (it's big enough) or (for a foil of "Kitty Crack") said feline might let the snoozer use it as a footwarmer.

(Still getting over my "trenches" flashback ..... {shudder})

The Kitty Crack would probably get it to leap into a fire but as mentioned above don't have one. Equally the feline prefers Her Welshness' feet for some reason - probably because they coem covered in duvet.

Trenches, mmm, entrenching tools.

Not so much no. Mainly because we don't have a fire I don't intend to have an improptu barbecue area in my lounge.
