Tempting though it was, probably would have caused more difficulties.

Basically he is an ignorant jobsworth who is too lazy to read the site regs talking about 3rd party repsonsibility for large events and wanted to be teh big hard man. Wanker!

I think the term "real coffee" (as opposed to that fake cr*p in *spit* $tarbucks or the like) is less likely to have to sued for copyright infringement ...
