soooooo tonight i went to see the format and anathallo play at saint andrews in detroit. it was kinda weird seeing the format play because they looked and sounded so different than i expected. i wish they would play a more acoustic, low-key show somewhere where you can sit down. yes, i'm getting old. anathallo was wonderful and moving, as

awww it's ok! i wish you could've come, but i'm sure you'll have other chances to see them. it was soooo weird seeing the format because they didn't match the format i know in my head when i'm listening to them. the singer was kind of a creepazoid. anyway! i went with lauren montgomery, aaron flohr, and john azoni (he goes to ccs with lauren). i gotta go, but i hope to talk to you soon!
