art and making it

so i have been talking about not making art, and last night i finally made some things. and tonight i continued making some more things. what inspired me was the work of sabrina ward harrison. lauren showed me her website, and it got me interested. she has made some books and other types of work, her art is so authentic to me. she combines ( Read more... )

This is beautiful! It makes me want to paint even though, like you, it is maybe the one art form that hasn't yet welcomed me as a friend.

It has a good vibe to it. I don't really see any references to middle-distance, deep-distance, or high-distance, so I doubt I'm qualified to say much else.

I meant it to sound like the terms used to describe the pictures of cliffs and mountains in Art History of the Song Dynasty
