First off, big hugs. I feel your frustrations. Look into senior programs in your area. Things like Meals on Wheels, Nursing Aids, and even hospital beds. You might be surprised what Medicare assistance is out there. Try to make the "system" work as hard as possible for you. First, you need to see what is available in your area. (I realize smaller towns can be a lot different than major cities, but you might be surprised what is available out there.) Many churches offer help too. Also, be verbal with your siblings. Let them know that you need help. Financial help is nice, but physical help is priceless.
