Yes, another! SAME DAY! =)
Ok and this one is also for Emmy Rossum.
BUT it's for black and white images! XD

Made in GIMP.
EASY and translatable.
Do NOT hotlink any of the images!

Open image and crop.
Duplicate twice. Set the first to screen at 50 opacity, and the second to soft light at 100 opacity. Merge layers.
Find the teardrop tool and select sharpen 100. Go over eyes and lips. Now choose blur and go over the skin.
Open a new layer and fill it with (??????) or a dark tan. Multiply 50. Erase what isn't on Emmy.
Open another new layer and fill it with #FFDEBB at soft light 60.
Open a gradient [pic] by ??????** to soft light 70.
New layer. Fill with #FB554D. Duplicate it. Set the first to soft light 20, and the second to burn 10.
Open texture [pic] by
peoplemachines. Set to burn at 20.
And there you have it! =)

Remember, don't copy this tutorial exactly. Experiment with opacities and such.
