Sorry to hear about your cat. :( At least the driver probably saw that sign...not to say that people like that would feel guilt, but you know how criminals and thieves are when they know they're caught.
The school bus ran over my puppy when I was in the fourth grade...seeing a pet die like that sort of changes your perspective forever.
Wow, tooth problems galore and dealing with some dick that shouldn't have a license...you need a vacation! Hope you get to feeling better soon.
