As in the title, I think it is being overrated and overly hyped. And no, it does not look that great - but then, we have no idea what it looked like before. I shudder to think about it.

True....
I'm glad that it was for a good reason, but it scares me to think what will be next. In the world of plastic surgery, I could see how this could turn ugly real fast. some person decides they don't like their face, and instead of altering their own face(which I'm against) they just buy a new one all together.

ummmm,
what do you say about something like that, It was horrible, suicide or not. appropriate that a suicide contributed to fixing the miss-haps of a suicide attempt. If thats what it was.
if anyone has seen the movie Cabin fever, there is a scene just like it. I can't even imagine.
