i cycled all the way to work- between 10 and 15 miles. it was very windy, one stretch I must have been getting a nice tail wind because my average speed was 23 mph, where I am sometimes only at 17 mph.

i think we should buy a humidifier. it would help with my breathing. it's that time of year again when i have trouble breathing while i sleep.

you can spend $20 at walgreens, and you can spend $100 at bed, bath & beyond, and you can spend more at a variety of other webtailers

filtering of the air, the capacity of the supply, and the existance or number of sensors will help determine the price.
